It was not clean as expected, did not provide dental kits for all guests, had to call hotel many times. Food was decent at the hotel restaurant although very few options at breakfast buffet.

Not as good as we expected, we relay on photos but as in most cases they were deceiving. Not a very satisfactory experience according to the money we paid. But i believe we couldn't expect much in a city like chittorgarh.

Clean and hygienic rooms at a decent price. The service has been very quick and efficient. Food at the restaurant is good as long as it is a' la carte, but the complimentary breakfast needs a lot of improvement.

UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF BEHAVIOUR ( PAID EXTRA FOR EARLY CHECK-IN)

This is regarding my stay at Kukda resort. The rooms and food were fine however the evening/night manager behaviour was HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. We travelled from Delhi to Chittorgarh and reached around 8 am in morning. We had already requested for two things while booking- Early check-in and double (separate) beds. However NONE OF THE REQUESTS WERE GRANTED. The manager said if we need an early check -in then we need to pay 800/- extra per room ( which was nowhere mentioned while booking). We told the manager that this is ungrateful and weird as hotels generally provide the rooms if they are available but he insisted for the same and told us that this the policy of the hotel management. We asked him to show us the policy but he refused to show us any document where it is written and told us that this is what it is and there is no other option. Ultimately, we had to pay extra 1000/- (after negotiating with him) since we had NO CHOICE as we were tired after a long drive and had nowhere to go for four hours. We were four people in two rooms and we were given rooms in two different directions (at each end). We requested for adjacent rooms but again it was denied. Also, while coming back to the rooms and also during check-out, when we returned the keys to the manager, he was like giving us a tough silent look as if I had stolen something of the hotel! Generally, the staff is very courteous in the hotels and also ask how your stay was etc. but this man was nothing like it – NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. Also, we told him that we would write all these things in review but he was not worried about it at all.
