Service was zero as compared to prices. Appliances in room were not working, dental kits, body wash was not available. Also bathroom was unhygienic

Very terrible experience in name of loads. Water was very dirty it seems they never made any cleaning in property.

The location of the resort is outstanding. It falls directly on national highway. Rooms are quite large. One of the biggest rooms i have been to. Outside atmosphere seems quite pure and pollution free. This was my 6th visit to this resort for a leisure trip. Cook prabhu is excellent.

Property is found with mm-trip application, it is good service is excellent and cooperative staff. Maintenance is required to be improved. Overall happy stay.

The hotel is a decent little hotel near chotila. Its not too far from the temple. Considering the location, its one of the best options available there. We did not get a chance to try their food but the room was clean. The first room offered to us was a little damp but they quickly changed it for us to another room which smelt fresh and clean.

Poor service no hot water no internet no phone network poor staff behaviour every time they say 5 minutes, but no action implemented hotel maintenance is poor, cockroaches roaming is restaurant

No maintanence is there in the rooms. Despite of raising issue, no action was taken to resolve the problem. Television is in the room but setup box is not recharged.

It's very good for staying, good room size but need some more maintenance like door bell not working, tea maker not working nobody received your call in room service and house keeping.

Worst experience. We had booked this hotel for overnight stay enroute dwaraka. Expectation was to have basic standard considering lords group has so many hotels specially in gujarat. But everything about this hotel is wrong, firstly it has a deserted look. Rooms were dirty with unclean bedsheets and towels. Toilet with no hot water, stinking with hard water stains. Moreover the staff was very rude and just replied that yes water pressure is low and we can't help it. Some substandard mineral water was provided. Restaurant chef not sure if he was really a chef. We had such a bad experience here that we will not think of booking any other hotel by lords group.

Staff is cooperative but facilities are not appropriate like gym under maintenance, swimming pool water not clean. Sitting arrangements are not proper in the garden area. No water cooler for drinking water

Horrible experience in this property. There were no men power or enough resources. Breakfast was served at 9:30 am for which we were late for our next destination. Bathroom were in bad condition and there were almost zero aminities to use.

1. We had booked two rooms for three persons occupancy each. On reaching, the rooms allotted had only two beds and third matresses were added after about one hour. 2. The ac of room 110 was not working and room had to be changed at midnight. 3. The flush of room 109 had no water in morning. After telling the staff the overhead pump was switched on at around 0730 hrs and then water came. 4. The swimmimg pool in morning at 0730 hours was having debries and not clean. 5. The ouside jhoola in garden were having seats broken. 6. The service in restaurant in the eveningwith only around 12 guest at the time was not good. We had to complain to the service manager. Good point - 1. The food taste and quality are good. The breakfast has good variety and service in morning was prompt and good. Recommendations it is a very good loc and infrastructure but the routine management requires a review.
