Location is pretty good, near to back water, view is good, swimming pool is also good. one suggestion swimming pool few areas have broken files which causes very small injuries. It should be altered.

Location is excellent.Food is just below average.Only minimum items for breakfast.Room was old.There was an empty mini fridge .Staff more or less like Kerala State employees with minimum politeness.Toiletries were also minimum with no conditioners or moisturiser

The location is super, peaceful and beautiful views of backwaters. I dont know why KTDC not maintaining the rooms . Rooms urgently requires renovation..this shows the laxity of the ktdc chairman. property situated in a good location due to poor administration by ktdc and tourism ministry proper renovation is not done in this property Good behaviour from restaurant staff, and good breakfast and dinner and more items to be included .

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at Bolgatty Lake Resort, KTDC. We had booked a room specifically to conduct a maternity photoshoot one of the most precious moments of our life. My wife (pregnant), my daughter, and I were present. At check-in, we clearly informed the staff about the photoshoot. They mentioned a charge , which we were absolutely ready to pay in advance. However, once we started the shoot, the management began shouting at us , without any consideration for the fact that a pregnant woman was present. The General Manager and security staff behaved in an unprofessional, aggressive way What is most shocking is that: • They never clearly explained the procedure for photoshoot charges during check-in. • For food and snacks, they easily posted the charges to the room bill. Why couldn’t the same be done for the photoshoot charge? • Instead of handling the matter politely, they chose to spoil our day with rude behavior and arrogance. We had no problem paying for a half-day photoshoot (our stay was from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM), but the staff’s attitude and treatment ruined what should have been a happy, memorable occasion. This kind of insensitive, unprofessional behavior is unacceptable in a hospitality industry, 💔 Our precious maternity moment was completely spoiled because of their arrogance. I’m sharing this review so that future visitors especially families and couples are aware of the poor management and rude behavior here. If you are planning a special occasion or expecting warmth and professionalism, I strongly suggest rethinking your choice.

“Beautiful setting, scope for room upgrade” The resort’s location is truly charming — plenty of open space, surrounded by serene lake views with ships and boat docks adding to the charm. The well-maintained grounds and beautifully designed main buildings make for a great first impression. I stayed in a Golf View room, which covered all the essentials but felt dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The restaurant offered an impressive spread, though the taste was just about average. With a few upgrades, this place could be an exceptional getaway.
