Hotel was clean. Nearby to main commercial area. But needs lot more improvements like lift for movements, immediate attention to customer's need etc.

Property is in busy area with tiny entrance and rooms are not properly cleaned. Also during morning no hot water available for bath. Overall average room. Also the cupboard had termites which entered in clothes and having e aching on body.

Had a pleasant stay there. Nice clean room and bathroom. Courteous staffs. Safe place. Very close to hospital, restaurant, ernakulam south railway station. Price is also affordable. Will definitely refer to friends and family

check in quite smooth. They provide a litre of RO water. The bed is very neat. The bath towels are good and also looks new. We have taken Super Deluxe double room for 2 nights. The rate seems to be quite cheap. That is about Rs.3000 for 2 days. The interaction with the hotel staffs are very friendly and good. There are good restaurants both veg as well as non veg. Since we are strictly vegetarians, I cannot comment about non veg hotels. As far as vegetarian hotels concerned , they are very good. Woodlands, BTH, Saravana Bhavan etc.. are available near the lodge. The South Metro Station and South Junction Railway Station is also very near. Walkable distance only. Hot water is available. They arranged Hot water in the morning at 4⁰clock on our request. Overall our experience of stay at the hotel is quite good and enjoyable.

This was a fantastic stay with archana at the hotel. The hotel's interior and exterior cleanliness and neatness are truly awesome. It's valuable for the money and budget-friendly. The location is easily accessible to all main places. I will definitely choose the same property for my stay next time i'm in this location.

It was good hotel near to railway station easily connectivity. Room are neat & clean staff behaviour was also nice. Service was good. Good room at god price. Ac is cools the room perfectly. Good ventilated room. Spacious room one drawback is that the ventilation of bathroom is in room only. U can get cab near to the hotel just a 5 min walk. U can easily come to this hotel by railway station by taking auto. Saftey is ok ok no guard is out side the hotel. Food is also good at the hotel only thing is that u have to order from another hotel of same owner.

Tha hotels have uncleaned plates placed here and there on the corridors. The door of the room is quite broken. Staff is good and room is clean. Ac not working properly.
