Customer service is very bad, staff behaviour is also not good. We have booked a room with balcony but they have not provided the same and said no other availability for rooms. Amenities are not available as per the description given in room details. Toilet papers or dental kits and nothing was there. Tv remote was not working, they didn't allowed any guest for siting atleast 30min and they told to vacate the room. We have booked suite room for 3000rs but it's was a worst experience and they don't even provide min amenities. Customer need to adjust and they don't even care. Will not suggest to anybody it's not that much worthy and bad experience.

Rooms are good with ac. But mosquito problem in the night. Suggest you take any mosquito repellent with you

Average hotel to stay. Room service and overall service can be improved. I had to ask for the dental kit and room needs better cleaning and faster response to room service request

I was booked a deluxe room. But that was a very small room. There is no enough space. And bed is not comfortable. Only good thing in that room is bathroom. And bad smell in that room there have so many restaurants near by this hotel

Its a average stay, because of bad smell, please use room freshener, ac and wall fan providing big sounds, and last 1 think is tv change to smart its makes more customer satisfaction.

The stay was perfect. I got ac delux room. Room was compact and clean. Staffs were really friendly. Lift was working. Shampoo, soap, bath towels, 2 plates, 1 water bottle, 2 cups, kettle were provided.

The stay at cj grade was pleasant for my family of 04. The room issued to us was a suite type with one king size bed and another room with 4 beds. It is economical for family occupancy. Toilets were clean and hot water was available. Overall good experience.

Room was good with all necessary amenities required inside the room. Room size was good as well as bathroom. Sufficient cloth hangers in both room and bathroom. Almirah in room. Tv setup was having only local language channels, no hindi or english channels. All hotels should provide an extra floormat before bed other than the bathroom floor mat. No food option at hotel so you need to rely on online food orders or go outside to explore nearby restaurants. For vegetarian s there is no pure vegetarian restaurant nearby so you need to either order or go outside to some distance. Rest service was good and staff were polite and responsive.

Great stay. Located just 1. 2 km from airport. Rooms were very spacious and neat. Staff was very well mannered. Breakfast was good. There are a lot of shops nearby. Overall a pleasant stay.

Actual room size is less than what it is shown here. We checked at 8pm. The check in process was smooth. The front desk staff was attentive and well mannered. The rooms were stinky. Linen was torn. The floor was sticky. Mosquitoes were issues. We asked the reception person about it. He tried to solve it maximum. I am giving 3 stars due to the staff's attentive response and efforts.
