The hotel staff and hospitality are commendable, with a warm and welcoming attitude that leaves a positive impression. However, the overall experience could be elevated by adopting a more professional approach in certain aspects. Attention to detail, promptness in service, and consistency in operations are areas that could use improvement. While the foundation of good service is present, refining professionalism will take the guest experience to the next level.

Room was average. With ac, tv and tea/coffee kettle. Hot water available in the bathroom, however bathroom was stinking even after switching on the exhaust fan for 15 minutes. Had booked room + breakfast. Only one item (poori + curry) for breakfast. Not worth the additional amount charged.

Stay is good and comfortable. It feels like home and sanitized properly. There is good hospitality and responsive receptionist. Provide hair dryer for the guests. The only thing is there are not many options for breakfast.

The room is good, neat and tidy. The customer service is also good. The fromt office team is also very helpful. But can be more good in breakfast. No images with me

Poor Stay

Breakfast not served even at 8:30am! rooms were small, misleading in pictures. Room rent high for the room size. I was allowed a late checkout, which was nice

Room was neat & tidy with all basic require amenities. Staffs are very co-operative and their services is excellent. Food was yummy and my stay was very comfortable.

Its a new budget venture by dimora. The room though small was comfortable. The only drawback is the non availability of restaurant facility which i hope will be started soon.

Experienced an excellent stay in the hotel. Room was neat and clean. Staff behavior was very good. Respond from the staffs were very prompt. Very near to marine drive and mg road metro station. A very good and safe parking is available.
