Beautiful room. Breakfast was elaborate & good. Staff is of helping nature. We got dj night experience by chance on the top floor.

Terrible Stay

The stay was very terrible. Room service was very poor we have called in the reception for bottle and they gave us after 15 mins and for bath towel we waited for so long and we didn’t get it and also breakfast we waited for too long.

Pleasant stay, especially their special offer was really worth full. On the buffet the best was lunch, dinner & then breakfast. Rooms where good too.

Poorly maintained property, there was dust, rust, stinky carpets and what not. Blind in shower area was rotten with algae.

Firstly offered taxes inclusive stay and hide the t&c underneath stating 12% taxes collected and hotel can charge 18% extra. In that case should not advertise the stay is tax inclusive i had to pay additional cost which made my overall stay very costly. Secondly the condition of hotel meals and staff courtesy plus check in and check out experience was terrible as the food was below par, cleaning staff never changed the tea and glasses in room, the hotel is used for airlines stay and that crew is always hoarding at reception making it impossible for other guest to check in and checkout swiftly. Also at my checkout slot the counters and system were down and i have not been provided the invoices. Kindly arrange for my stay refund or else give me 18% gst inclusive invoice asap.

It’s was so good and we’ve booked a candlelight dinner for our anniversary, that was really awesome. We would like to appreciate the hospitality and the service especially mr. Erickson and mr. Jalal those who are done soooper service to us during our candlelight light dinner.

Amazing stay. Really clean and hygienic. The complimentary birthday cake was really tasty. Breakfast was top notch all thanks to the chef ( chef masim & team) and the rest of the staffs. Impressed with their hosting and services. Infinity pool and gym was clean and well maintained.
