Poor experience. Payed 500 more for a better room. Bed was not clean. Initial room was not good enough. So changed the room and payed 500 more

Room was terrible. The hotel staff was good. The bed quality is really poor was uncomfortable to sleep.

Worst hotel ever had. Bedsheet had blood stains, just a place for couples to have intercourse and not more than that. Very untidy small room. No bedsheet/comforter. Very poor

Didn't stay here as the room was stinky with bedbugs. The tap was leaking in the bathroom. The corridor was smelling of alcohol and cigarettes.

It is never suitable for family and couple, pols avoided to stay here with women and children. The room is very congested and liquor bottle scattered near by rooms

Very poor rooms. In images it was shown as a spacious room but it was so congested. Now even i can't change my dress. Not a standard room. Not worth the money.

Don’t ever book any rooms it’s basically used by couples for a night and rooms are soo shabby and unhygienic paint is falling apart room stinks with dirty bedsheets

I was on an official trip to cochin and found this hotel. The location is good and accessible to anywhere in the city. Room was congested and dirty. Even bed sheets weren't replaced. Toilet and towels provided was not clean. They provided a very old double bed in the room which was not comfortable for sleep after a hard day. There were alot of insects in the bed and toilet. Literally i felt bad to pay much for this dirty substandard room. Over all i felt i was in local third class lodge which we used to see near bus stations and all. Never recommended it to anyone. I was paid around 1200+ ( including gst) for this non ac room. Team mm t has to take a call on such properties because customers like me are preferring this kind of places because of the confidence in mmt.

Rooms are small and the place is old and not comfortable to stay in. No proper room service or call facilities to the reception, and no proper internet service.

Roomy is small and no service at all, not even tea is served the room is congested the bathroom is hot the water is consistent. Shower is not working and the room is clean only after you have reminded them twice or thrice
