The property is centrally located. Close to local places of interest and access to public transport. Kerala food was tasty. Fish fry was the only disappointment.

This is the best hotel to stay in kochi, the food is excellent. The staff is very attentive and courteous. Rooms are clean and maintained very well. I have been staying here whenever i come to kochi and have always left with great memories

Hotel is located at a pretty convenient location and is accessible by walk from maharaja's metro station. Spacious rooms and hospital staff. They have only one restaurant. Options weren't very wide for a vegetarian but food tastes good. Complementary breakfast was disappointing with very limited options. Internet broke when i stayed and the hotel couldn't get it restored for over 12 hours.

The room was big, spacious and clean. The staff were all polite and the breakfast spread was really really good. The location is also prime, barely 15-20 minutes to where most my clients were in kochi. Room service was prompt as well

Grand hotel is a great hotel for business and family stay. Located comfortably in mg road it offers in house dining, good spacious rooms and great peaceful ambience.

The hotel and stay were very pleasant. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food in grand pavilion was extremely tasty infused with local cuisine and had variety of dishes to choose from. This is our second visit and stay and we look forward to staying there in our next visit.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The staff at the reception were very nice, the process was swift.The amenities were good, they have a fantastic restaurant. Overall great experience

Excellent stay at the grand hotel, ernakulam. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All the staff were very courteous and efficient. The food, of course, was excellent, as it always has been.

Top class facilities in this hotel, likes everything about this hotel and recommend this for sure. We were given a free upgrade to executive room from standard one. Right a the centre of the city and accessible to major happening places. I will give 5 out of 5 rating to their services, tidyness and all facilities. Thank you for making this a memorable stay.
