I recently stayed at the property on 13th may and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The room i was given had a serious insect and mosquito problem. Despite efforts to keep them at bay, they were persistent throughout my stay, making it difficult to relax. The most alarming incident was when i encountered a huge spider in the lavatory. This was extremely unsettling and unacceptable. I understand that bugs are a common issue, but encountering such a large spider in the bathroom is not something i expected. I hope that the management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to address them promptly. While the staff was friendly and the location was convenient, the insect and spider situation made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing.
