The stay was very nice and room was very clean and neat. The complimentary breakfast was not up to the expectation and was very normal.

1. Good location 2. Good and clean room (not very big) and good amenities 3. No balcony and no smoking in room 4. Food was excellent and very quick service( only restro pub no family restaurant) 5. Outside food is allowed. You can order through swiggy and other apps. 6. Bathroom is clean 7. Reception staff and restaurant staffs are very polite and helping. 8. Night club and dj is available at weekends and others night. U can n joy and go to ur without having any trouble. We have stayed for 2 nights. Overall experience is awesome. It was really nice stay. Recommend every body.

Although the hotel was well kept the room was a bit too small, food options are a bit on the expensive side, but they allow deliveries, air conditioning could have been a bit better. Didn't take pictures

I am staying here for the first time. The location is very good. Near to markets and shopping centres. Rooms are very neat and clean. The food is also good. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was pretty good for the price. Both room and bathroom was clean and had good service too. Hotel have a restaurant serving good food.

The location and amenities were satisfactory, my experience with the front desk receptionist left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, the receptionist’s behavior was rude and unprofessional. He seemed disinterested in assisting us and made us feel unwelcome. This was particularly disappointing as i was traveling with my wife, and we expected a more courteous reception. Other aspects of the hotel, such as the cleanliness and facilities, were good, but the negative experience at check-in overshadowed our stay. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better service for future guests

Good and neat rooms. Neat and clean washroom. Easy access to all destinations inside town. Provide parking facility also. Breakfast provided was poor, only dosa and poori was there.

Enjoyed the spacious rooms at crystal plaza and the hospitality. Located near marine drive and mg road saved lot of time for our shopping.
