There are much better hotels at the same rate. Lots of mosquitos, stained pillows without covers. Room had a bad look.

It was a pathetic stay

I cant even express my feelings, it was a terrible experience for my entire life. For the breakfast I had while booking the room I felt that, I am a beggar to had food from the restaurant without paying money even though I had paid for the breakfast while booking the hotel. The owner of the restaurant told me that, I need to bring a slip or token for the food from the hotel. No one had informed me about the token while entering the hotel or just before I went for the breakfast. No notification even on the lobby. Next about cleanliness Especially toilet was not clean. Bed sheets, trowel and pillow covers were dirty. Not recommended for anyone.

First of all the hotel is near to railway station ( Ernakulam North) and it's near to main road. Easily reachable to the location. Transportation facility is available 24 hrs as there will be Uber and Ola cabs near to it. They received very well. Rooms where clean. As they have mentioned in the facility everything was provided. Thanks for providing this hotel in MMT.
