How i get this property for stay! my managing director told me i booked a deluxe room for you in vytila, cochin, and go-ogled about its y homes then i convinced myself ‘ya it’s good’ after i reached there im satisfied. Their helping mentality and hospitality was very nice i like it

I am 100% satisfied! The property is in a great location, and the rooms are comparable to those in star hotels—clean and well-maintained. While there is no lift, the caretaker is always available to help with baggage handling. The staff's behavior is fantastic, and that’s the main reason I wanted to write this review.

Excellent stay at affordable prices , Neat and clean rooms with clean pillows and linens . I did early checking at a very nominal prices and experience at Front office was great , helper boys were quite friendly , the morning breakfast was good though the spread is limited . But very tasty homey good and that too included in your room price and this is. Steal deal . WiFi and Ac was great I did work from hotel for 3 days . The location of hotel is very near from the highway with extremely good connectivity to city side . Vyttila metro is near about a km and easy access through Uber .

Terrible Stay

We arrived at the property around 12 at night and there was nobody at the reception for an hour. We along with our kid was made to wait an hour at the reception until 1 o clock in the morning when a room boy saw us and woke up the receptionist. Breakfast was below average and no water was provided at the breakfast. Done with treebo for life

Stay was good. Checkin was very fast n smooth. Staff was courteous and helpfull. Room was very good with all aminities like, complimentary mineral water, tea/coffee maker, toiletries etc. Linens were clean n fresh. In short words value for money.
