Gem of a find for old wotld heritage experience

Small little cosy resort. Very convenient location and boat jetty, waterfront, top restaurants are all very walkable and near. The room is clean, has old heritage feel and tasteful furniture. Staff is very helpful, specially smith was managing the breakfast crowd nicely and helping everyone. Plenty of autos are around the place and do not forget to visit several cafes nearby for old world charm and tasty food. The breakfast was good too.

The best part of this property was the location and the pool. Everything else was average. The rooms and bathrooms were adequate at best. Extremely basic for the high cost we paid. Our room was tiny and felt a little suffocating at times but the windows can't be opened without compromising your privacy. We were unknowingly part of many conversations happening outside as there were public tables right underneath our window. We paid extra for the breakfast option but that was rather sad. Nothing was labelled, there was no staff in sight, and it only opens by 8. 30am! considering the extra money we paid for this option, this was a complete waste. The pool was clean and decently maintained. Overall, you could possibly get a better stay if you're not keen on a pool and staying right in the middle of fort kochi. The staff was nice.

Dutch room are dull rooms with low lighting and not any sunlight, noisy rooms with big noise of generator, and dirty toilets. Average breakfast. Location is too far from airport.

Reached at the hotel around 1 pm and there was a slight hiccup with the reservation but the management resolved it very smoothly. The staff were very helpful. The vibe of the hotel was very refreshing. Colonial architecture and rooms and all. Very calm and peaceful atmosphere. Most attractions of fort kochi are in a walkable distance and also good restaurants are also available. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good.

Napier Heritage is pretty close by to all the cafés in Fort Kochi (less than a km). It definitely looks like a heritage hotel stay. Rooms are well maintained and the service during check-in and check-out was good. Also, felt the cost was budget friendly. What could have been better is: Looks like there was a drainage issue, it was stinking a bit in the bathroom. The problem could have been fixed before the bookings.

The stay was really good. The staff were really helpful and cooperative 24*7. Also, location of the hotel is the best. It's very near to all the catchy places in fort kochi. Away from the major crowd, but still in the prime. Lovely place, near rooms and classy with pool facilities

Very good experience with friendly staff. The location of hotel is also great with secured parking. Room was very small. It is better to request for the biggest room available while checking in.

The location and ambience is amazing. It is a compact property located in the heart of fort kochi, a heritage sight. It is close to almost all the must see places in that area. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are spacious and clean. Ideal for business travellers who would like to unwind after a hectic work week. The food is great and in sufficient quantity. The place is more worth than the rates they charge i guess.

We stayed for a night but i think we were the only one staying. Room is decent but found mosquitos. Tv was not working so they came and replaced it promptly, good service on that. The most disappointing part is the breakfast. There is no buffet, they have limited options and taste is poor.

The stay was good but food was bad. The breakfast offered by the property was namesake. At 8 in the morning, the dishes were empty and not replenished. Very limited menu and uncleaned tables. There was no one to attend to the guests at this tiny enclosure, which they call as the restaurant.
