The room assigned to us was adjacent to road lot of noise all night could not sleep. No hot water was there in the toilet no mirror in the room poor wifi connectivity

The room was clean, however a lot of disturbance by persons in the surrounding and dogs barking from early morning the hotel does not have a parking facility and the hotel staff did not bother to help with the parking would not recommend travellers with cars at this hotel

Nice stay, rooms were clean with well maintained property and proximity to all the tourist destination and fort kochi beach makes this an ideal place to stay. Breakfast had a good spread with courteous staff.

The property is a heritage property, boutique hotel, very pleasant and happy to help staff, and rooms are spacious and clean, the swimming pool is just perfect, its temperature controlled and really nice to take a dip. We had breakfast at the property, which was really delicious.

The whole place is under renovation. A lot of dust. A very average breakfast. Cobwebs in the room. Bathtub was broken. No hot water. Ive been here before that time it was a great place

Location of the tower house is undoubtedly one of the best in fort kochi. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. Only one thing that could be improved is the breakfast spread. It is vegetarian (with the exception of made to order eggs) and mostly local cuisine.

Pathetic service

Absoulety pathetic service, my parents were surprised when they were told at the reception that there was no hot water available in their room. Let me remind you that this was one of their more premium rooms 'the heritage splendor. I was not able to reach the hotel on their telephone even once. In the morning no one was there to answer the calls at the reception and when my dad went in person to the reception there was absoulety no one to be seen.

Great location and poor setup

Old fort house not maintained at all. Linen, furniture and everything has become old and stale. Not worth the money and the worst hotel we have stayed in the last 5 years

Don’t expect neemrana standards

Very average property. Small. In a noisy area. Terrible views from the rooms. No balconies. Restaurants are also small and feel a bit dingy. Service is reasonable. Clean. But there were mosquitoes in the room. Food was reasonable but the presentation was below average. Spacious rooms though.

It's one of the best stays in fort kochi. Guests are always made comfortable and they do accommodate any special requests you have. Also the concept of neemrana is very interesting, it is indeed a non hotel experience, very refreshing.

Unbelievable value

The property was absolutely spic k and span. Outstanding hospitality with gorgeous antique interiors. The pool is a joy to swim in and breakfast was of very high quality. We stayed in a suite and took multiple design cues for my own house.
