Room is quite okay. No drinking water in the room no towel in the bathroom. And the terrible problem is. The air conditioner is spitting water right in the head. At night. Can't even sleep properly. Very bad. Demanding for refund asap

As I am on a business trip, the location is convenient for my purpose of visit. I took breakfast at the hotel which was pretty basic. The staff behavior was ok. The area around the hotel is safe and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The washroom was clean. The hotel is safe and secured. I will recommend this property to others. It's a value for money property. I will recommend this property to others.

They delayed their breakfast service and no alter for that food was okay but not on time.
Open bar area, no security for girls, front office person himself texting and disturb you and makes you feel unsafe.

The hotel has no service, you need to call for drinking water, tissue roll and hot water for bathing, yes it’s true. The reception guy told me they would be renovating the hotel and would be shut for sometime. However their attitude will also need to go through an overhaul.

I had reserved the room for my superior. Lack of coordination between morning & evening staff. Late arrival was informed in the morning. But when reported in the evening, I was told that confirmation was not done. Received calls many times asking for reason for not occupying room. Left bag in the reception around 5pm and informed them that will turn up late in the evening. Then why did the phone calls followed. I had to answer too many calls from the hotel and make my trip.
