Good stay option near aluva as we wanted to visit temples nearby and also 5 to 7 mins to metro station to reach kochi.

Ok stay could have been better

It's at best a 3 star hotel, there are basic things missing at the hotel. Hand towel kept on the wc seat(not sure who does that. Doors don't have stoppers. Wash basin is really low seems of low quality. Food options are limited in breakfast and it was mostly serl service, i had to plug in the toaster myself. Centralized ac is missing. No bell boy to carry luggage to the room. The staff could barely speak english(not a big deal. Some old guy in lift advised me to turn off the fan once i got off on my floor, not sure if it was hotel staff or a customer. Kitchen is not open after 10:30 pm couldn't get a lemonade or soda for my brother who had motion sickness.

I had a very comfortable stay at park residency arcadia. The rooms were clean, all amenities were provided, and the customer service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and overall, i was completely satisfied with my experience.

location very good. abt 20 minutes away from kochi airport and 10 minutes away from metro station. new construct property with good facility. five star rating mainly for front desk officer, for such warm welcome. also keep our luggage after check out, as we have late evening flight. all good 👍🎊

Hotel stay was worth the price. Very clean and comfortable rooms, staff is very friendly and nice. Service is very prompt. Must visit the hotel if you want a stay close to cochin airport.

Hotel is clean, service is good, quite affordable. So it's a value for money deal. A small thing to improve is bathrooms should have a hook/handle for face towel.
