Room was good but bathtub was not in proper working condition. Water was not going from bathtub and had to use screw driver for that

general manager of pgs vedantha talked badly to us, he was very arrogant and he restricted us frm using zomato, he is a kind of a person who deals well with people with coat & suit and deals badly with rest. will never opt pgs vedantha in future. I didnt stayed here, i want my refund. you can check the bookings. i was dissatisfied with the hotel and immediately checked out. and booked ginger mg road. i was with my aged parents n wife, there for couldnt take risk. pls check my bookings. same day i booked ginger via make my trip itself.

Wifi is not at all working and the staff's are not pother off it. But their rules are rules. I never again visit this hotel. They are served as looking our dress code and act

The bathtub was too small and not soothing as there were no blinds in the windows and it was too bright. Service was average. Found it to be too expensive.

Stay was very pleasant. The staff were very courteous. The rooms were clean and tidy. The complimentary breakfast was also good. The hotel is centrally located, near to north railway station.

Hotel is good with prime location but while moving on corridor feeling some unpleasant smell otherwise no issue. This smell may be due to moisture

Good place for solo traveller, but add some veg items in food menu, one staff is good who is from uttarakhand because he knows hindi, bcoz i m come from delhi, all staff is cooperative

I have been a satisfied customer of pugs cochin, consistently impressed with their services, food, and beverages. After the pandemic, i found pugs cochin to be a wonderful place to stay, both for official and personal reasons, and i have enjoyed staying there for the past five years. However, my recent bookings in july and august were disappointing, with a noticeable decline in the quality of services. Pugs cochin is an excellent property with a strong reputation, so i kindly urge you to maintain that standard. I value our relationship and will continue to book my future trips with pgs.
