No professionalism, booked to ac rooms, one room window glass was broken, no toilet accessories available in the room including dental kit. Next morning no breakfast available till 9. 30 am. They told us to serve just a few parantha and curry in the room only. No breakfast buffet was available

While the location was good, there were some concerns during my stay: the quality of the food was below expectations. The amenities provided were minimal, with only a bar of soap available. The service did not meet the expected standards. Brakfast started after 9 am

The staff was terrible, their behaviour seemed to be like, all they care is about the money. They don’t allow outside food and the food they provide. The worst choice for couples.

Room and facilities were average. However the attitude and behaviour of the front office staff was very poor. The hotel guys were asking for extra money for check in and i had to pay the same for check in

They take bookings from online sites and ask for extra money for check-in. Should never go to this hotel. Worst behaviour from hotel caretakers, not at all friendly and helpful. Never recommended.

Three days stay at kizhakkambalam

I was to stay at kizhakkambalam for three days. Opted for kizhakkambalam tourist home. Good location, affordable rates and comfortable stay. Minor issues of booking confirmation delayed the check-in but timely support by mm t helped to solve the issue quickly. Bar and restaurants are good.

This was a terrible experience at midnight yesterday. I have make my trip full paid confirm booking buy they refused it and ask more payment 747 extra. Finally i call customer care and wait half an our and i paid extra money. They are not consider us and i book room with breakfast which is clearly mentioned on booking confirmation but the hotel refused it and they charge for breakfast even i clearly show my booking confirmation from make my trip. Kindly request to please avoid such hotels from your list as they informed we are not deal with mm t and they don’t have any responsibilities regarding and we stuck in midnight and wait too long to resolve. As personally some of their staff informed this is a daily seen on the hotel all mm t customer have the same issue with the hotel every day

Your service is very poor. When i checked i did not receive the offer you gave me. I paid their charge and went to their room. Your service called make my trip is so bad. I no longer need your service. Your service will be avoided by everyone who knows me. No one will register

The room is not cleaned properly and they charge me extra 400 rupee. They said the amount i paid is not acceptable and i have to pay 400 more to stay. Then why you give discount if the property charge extra cash that gives as discount

It was a pleasant stay here. Room was good. Nice area as well. We’ll maintained hygiene and safety. More over attached with wine parlour.
