This was the third property of gokulam group we stayed. It was an excellent stay we had. Polite assistance and prompt service in any matters were seen all over. Food was very good all the time. I would look forward staying in their place in future again.

"it was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to relax and unwind.

It was a pleasure staying at this property, which is 5 minutes walking from the earn station. Its a nice hotel with excellent food and service. Breakfast was good and also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was good.

Room was not spacious, but near and clean. Toilet is just ok for a star hotel category. Food was delicious.

Housekeeping staff are directly coming inside with using master key after completing no one bother it's happend in late night also

Good location & amenities. Excellent service from security staffs & reception. I feel lunch is slightly expensive. Those who prefer buffet lunch, it is worth. I had dinner from out side.

Must be a great property several years ago. Great location, just near metro station making it accessible to any part of city and several dining and shopping centres, pothys being just next. Breakfast spread was ok with several variety but a nightmare for vegetarians because they put veg and non veg dishes together in same bowls with same cover. Tea was excellent and so were vadas, though north indian dishes lacked flavour and texture. Rooms were fairly large, good amenities but cabinets were moldy and smelly. Shower door had a gap, leaking water inside washroom. Staff was bit slow taking an hour for check-in and 10 min for checkout. No refrigerator in the room.

Overall a good experience, good staff, good food, old furniture but nice, gokulam promotes less usage of plastic that i really appreciate

They denied the stay in this hotel as it was late in the night, despite of me confirming to the hotel. And in the mid night, me and my family had to find another stay. Worst approach from the manager and the team, never ever go there.
