Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staffs were very helpful and freindly. Breakfast serve was authetic kerala food.

Best place to stay in fort kochi, near to beach and all eatery joints, well connectivity to all places. Peaceful place to stay, nice and cooperative staffs. Nice breakfast. Excellent

This is home/villa converted into hotel. Rooms are adjacent. Rooms size is average and worth of booking price. Area is peaceful and calm. Staffs are polite. Neat and clean room &washroom. Electric kettle, wardrobes available. Clean bedsheet and blanket. Decent breakfast. Need to park card on the road side. No lift. Dental kit didn't provided in room. Breakfast available only after 8am. Hanger was not there in washroom, it seems broken and then removed, was difficult to hang towels and clothes.

As requested, room was clean, tidy and no smell at all. Suneer, who look after the property was very helpful, arranged food late night and provide all relevant details about temple. It just 5 mins walk to temple and safe to visit temple early morning.

Comfortable stay. Near to the beach and other locations. We chose the breakfast option and it was served on time. Suggestion is to provide some chairs in the room which will help for someone who wish to work from there.

The classification of this property as hotel is not apt as it is a homestay and you have to share the noise, chatter of the lobby and dinning room while you take rest after a full day of sightseeing. Staff is good but language was a barrier in communication. Definitely the pictures don't suggest the layout of the property and shared dinning room, please include better images and classify as homestay.

It was good but ac seemed to be set at a particular unpleasant temperature that we could not change. Breakfast served in the morning was not good. The remote check in form was way too long and was quite inconvenient to fill while travelling. The staff was polite and decent
