Property at an ideal location having good connectivity

The property is located at an ideal place having proximity to metro station, marine drive, water metro station etc. It does not have a restaurant but there are many restaurants nearby thus do away with the food problem. They do provide breakfast with limited choices but they are perfect for the day to start with.

Very friendly staff during checkin late night at front desk. Rooms are spacious and bathroom is good for day stay. My only issue was with breakfast area as it was full for house fly. I could barely sit and eat. Hotel staff acknowledged the issue and rectified it so for their customer service i appreciate their help. Apart from breakfast the location is awesome. Walking distance to beach and fast food

My stay was short but relaxed. Its a budget hotel, but well maintained, staff are nice and courteous. Only thing i found fault with is their bfast. In the room there is a description of the items especially eggs n tea which was not provided

My experience in treebo qasr

I had a wonderful stay at the treebo qasr. The rooms were very clean and hygienic, and the staff were polite and helpful. I appreciated their daily reminders to enjoy the breakfast buffet. However, one aspect that was a bit uncomfortable was when a staff member asked for my room number every day while i was eating, as they seemed to think i was a trespasser

Hotel was nearbyto ernakulam market and we could easily access public transport also water ferry was very close. Location wise it was good. Rooms were fine but not great. It would be better if they have maintained more cleaniness. Also restroom should have been clean. I was not comfortable with restroom

The rooms were okay. It was budget stay. They serve breakfast but other food we need to buy from outside. The bathroom was clean, but the exhaust wasn't effective, the bad odor would stay. The water from the shower has less force it takes a long time to take a bath under the shower. Also, no toilet papers and dustbin inside the loo. These are essentials, the hotel should make sure there is toilet paper and a disposal bin inside the loo. The reception staff was friendly, we could make special request for the services, like using the dining area to eat the outside food.

The place is well located with the market at walkable distance. The hotel staff were extremely warm, cordial and helpful. We had small issues which they solved promptly. It is a very good and clean property. I will book this place again on my next visit.

I was travel-ling ernakulam for business purpose. I saw this hotel the qasr listed in mm t with sarovar portico sign so i chose it as it was in my budget. This turned out to be a good decision. The property is well maintained, located in the heart of city, easily approachable. I didn't have food at this place so can't comment about it.

The location is easily accessible yet away from the crowded area. The room and bathroom were clean. A hand wash, soap/ shampoo and moisturizer are provided. The dental kit was not included. Only one bath towel and a bottle of water was provided for 2 people.
