No ventilation available in the room. The car parking is very very narrow and steep. Tough to park your vehicles. The person at reception says if you can park, park it or use the metro paid parking.

Disappointing stay with poor hygiene

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The cleanliness was severely lacking, with a noticeable bad smell throughout the premises. Mosquitoes were everywhere, making it extremely uncomfortable. It seems like proper maintenance and cleaning have not been done in a long time. The service quality was poor, and the overall experience did not justify the cost. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Check-in and check-out was seamless. The place is near the railway station as well which makes it the best spot too.

Lack of hospitality, host not picking up the phone. It seems like a pg is converted into a hotel. They not even provide drinking water or basic toiletries

The bed was not comfortable attached two single bed while sleeping both going in different directions moving, towel was rough look like very old, no night lamp or blub, ac was not cooling.

They were just providing rooms. Our room was Room No : 411. We took it for the 19th to 21st December. Other than providing rooms, no services were provided. Also, we checked out one day earlier, and they were very adamant in their stands without helping us in redemption of our one day refund. They were keeping on telling me that they can't do anything, We were in an emergency to catch a train, so we left the premises without any hassle. Please help me out with this issue and kindly make arrangements for the refund of our money . I'm hoping for an immediate response. Thank you 😊

This property location is good. Metro station, restaurants are nearby. Room and stay was good, no ironing facilities. Staff behaviour was very good.

Informed them about my late check in.. they agreed.. but at the time of arrival no staff at reception.. tried calling them many time.. but no response.. that was 1 am night.. i waited there and called many times.. no response.. at last went some other hotel and took room.. the paid amount gone.. ☹️☹️
