Location is secluded and amidst mature coconut trees, mango tree, banana plantation, Chickoo trees, farm animals, cows, chickens, rabbits, etc. The property is close to the famous Perur temple and the lake nearby is a bonus. Waking up early in the morning with peacock calls was calming and soothing. Host Nagaraj and others were proactive, helpful, and made everyone feel at home. The caretaker, Rajendran, was patient, helpful, and answered all the needs. Cleanliness needs improvement, especially the toilets, washbasins, and potty.
