The place was big neat and great value for money. But the one staff that was there although a soft spoken and nice guy, had no clue about free breakfast. We also had to take a printout of the MMT booking and our ID proofs.

Location was good. Comfortable place. Food needs to be arranged on our own.
The apartment does not have a restaurant. Breakfast would be purchased from a nearby restaurant and delivered. Coffee or tea would be bought from nearby restaurants when ordered. Have to pay for tea or coffee when ordering.

Stay is comfortable but room service and restaurant were not available.
I didn't get free breakfast. There is no restaurant, no intercom and no room service.

Room service to be improved. Food served in the breakfast are below quality.
The service apartment is is over all good , but some points which need to be taken care, room service, timely cleaning of the rooms, towels and bed sheets to be changed during the room clean. It is good location and but there is no proper restaurants near by location, the breakfast is provided in the morning is below quality .

Good place . Nice to stay . Very polite staff. Location is okay . Rooms are neat and tidy. The room is well furnished. Ind stove plates etc were available in the room . Overall value for money . Morning breakfast provided by them was good.

Date: 24/12/2017. Its a good option for those who travel with family. We booked for 4 adults . They allow ted a 2BHK apartment with all basic facilities. The staff was supportive. Please be ready with a printed copy of make my trip booking .

Worst experience with the security there

As far as the room is concerned it is pretty decent .. But for the worst hospitality by the watchman there .. Never seen such a person .. He demands money for everything and if you refuse to give, I can't imagine his rude behavior .. He behaves as if he is the owner and keeps talking ill about you to others and never even listens to your needs .. I had a baby and every time current was off, I had to nurture him to switch on the generator .. Stayed for 3 months and had a worst experience in my life.

The rooms were good and clean, but the type of service and handling is not up to the mark. The management does not allow even for 1hr once after 24h of checkout time. They were very adamant to vacate the room exact by 24 hrs of check-in time. That make us irritated.

Nice stay and worth spending.. Flexible check-in time... Well maintained apartments.. Almost near to main tourist attractions... Complimentary breakfast was too good.. Provision available for our travel needs..
