It was pathetic. Make my trip people do not accept there mistake. I am attaching the screenshot of the hotel saying its near airport but it is 16 kms away and i didn’t get a refund for same. I don’t want any stay from mmt and i am going to sue the company for proving false information

Quite a poor experience this time. Half way into the shower, realised that there was no soap and shampoo. Then, ordered lunch and asked for the lime soda to be brought earlier but the restaurant decided that it needs to be served together. Waited 45 mins.

Front office staff behaviour is very worst. They don’t know how to behave. Moreover all staffs are not having maturity. When i asked the supporting bills they are not willing to provide all. They said if we ask then only they will provide means what a lethargic way of behaviour. I have paid for all that’s why i have asked the supporting bills for my accounting purposes. Ask them to change the system and ask them to behave properly with the guest

I can say food in first more variety of food with excellent taste and quality. Location near to airport, very good collages and multy speciality hospitals and malls. Hotel amenities except swimming pool others very good. Service provided by hotel staffs excellent. Keep it up.

The hygiene n quality what marriott offers is excellent. So is the fairfield coimbatore. The staffs were very courteous. Check in & check out were smooth. Room service is appreciable. Definitely recommend the property.

The stay was very comfortable, the staff was very cooperative and the food was good too. Just a friendly advice to the hotel management, is to add a indoor play area playing indoor games like table tennis, snooker etc. Rest all was good.

Stayed there in transit to ooty from coimbatore, for one night. Very near to airport. The stay and the staff behavior was impeccable. Food was good. All in all, great experience.

We arrived hotel around 10. 00pm with my family and it was a terrible experience as we stayed at room # 161 and from room # 162, right from our check in we were hearing a group singing, dancing, we complaint to the reception though they requested the guest at 162 to stop their dancing, singing, they didnt and they continued thistill 3. 40am and until this time it was a night mare for us, we really disappointed on this, we really lost our money bookng such a reputed hotel, also lost our our nght sleep, it was really terrible night for us.

I had a conference in coimbatore so i chose fairfield marriott. It was very close to the airport as well as to my conference location. The staffs were extremely cordial. The food displaced for buffet t was excellent. I had such a comfortable stay, would revisit this place and stay again at marriott.

Beware of early check-in charges

Overall, my stay at the property was pleasant. The location was convenient, and the amenities were well-maintained. However, i was disappointed by the strict early check-in policy. When i arrived earlier than the check-in time, i was charged a full day's rate for the extra hours. This policy felt a bit rigid, and it would be better if they had more flexible options for early arrivals.

mixed review - not worth the price point

Con: For the price we had paid, I expected to have a larger room but it was quite tiny. Additionally, we got a moldy smell when we entered the room the first time but it went away over time so we didn’t really complain. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had good variety but the overall food prices were really exuberant for Coimbatore standards and for what was being offered to customers. You really need to do a market research on the food price tags. If it was exceptional food and the hotel offers exquisite items on the menu then I understand but I didn’t find any for what we paid. So, felt like everything was overpriced. For example, we ordered two black coffees (not any fancy pour overs or anything... just plain black coffee) and French fries. The total bill for this was ₹1500. Pros: the staff at the reception, support staff, and restaurant staff were professional and made us feel welcome. That’s probably the only positive.
