Experience is good in hotel. All staff of this hotel is cooperative, friendly in nature. No any problem observed in this hotel related to my stay. Hotel is good.

It is not worth paying when compared to the basic facilities like cleanliness of the room toilet bed etc etc. Its my worst experience i have ever had. I would rate it as worst

Gave an early check in which was really helpful and the people were kind. The room could have been a bit better.

Hotel rooms rate to people who came that day directly itself got the room for low price. And room was so uncomfortable and mosquitoes was their. Pls don't consider these kind of rooms in make my trip. We trusted you and felt like the room is not worth for the cost. Thank for getting our feedback. Hoping that my feedback atleast will make others money worth. I am very unhappy with the bookings i did.

Worst hotel with non ac we got dirty rooms and bed, we asked to change the bedsheet they said already changed. Even they are not changing the rooms. They said not available. Don't got on hotel images.

We were welcomed by the staff misbehaving with an elderly couple for not being able yo speak tamil. When our turn came, i requested a clean room on the upper floors as i wanted to stay away from the traffic and noise for a good night's sleep. When my wife checked the room it was filthy. The bed sheets had stains. Pillow cover smelled of hair oil. On requesting for a different room the receptionist said there are no other rooms. All interactions were happening in tamil and i did not understand tamil. When i asked for a refund, he said it's not possible in gestures. As ours was a very late checkin(1am. I was left with no other option but to take this. I somehow convinced him to at-least change the bedsheets and the room. This place was a very very bad choice for us. From what i understood, all this happened only because we weren't tamil.
