The rooms were quite small. They were unable to provide a blanket. Provided a bedsheet instead that too on the second day after many calls. The bedding wasn't clean either. However, the staff was very courteous and polite!

I am not satisfied with the hotel experience, i got a room which is not well maintained and the bedsheets were old and the bathroom was not well maintained and the bathroom picture which is shown in the picture of the hotel is not the same and extra charged for early check in because i check out at the same day there is no discount at all totally unsatisfied

The hotel staffs were very money minded. Although i booked for 12 people (5 rooms with 2 extra beds, they were trying to loot money by saying other rooms took extra bed, thinking we as a group won’t coordinate. Overall a terrible experience.

Location close to main bus stand, easy access to railway station. Well maintained premises, clean room and bedding. Front office and service staff were polite. Overall, satisfied for tariff!

The hotel is really awesome. A very excellent place to stay for all. The location of the hotel is very good. All the staff are very nice and well behaved. They are very soft spoken and caring. I felt like staying in another home far from my home.

I had booked the stay on september 14 2024 at hotel prince gardens coimbatore (booking date 11. 09. 24. The booking was for a double room and i had paid. the hotel charge had been made for extra bed which had not been provided.

We have paid for 2 ac rooms but the ac in both rooms was not working. We reported it in the reception and they agreed to give other room with working ac. After that there were no responses from their side and we got no other rooms. We are not satisfied with their services.

It was wonderful stay in the hotel. The room size was comfortable for 3 members family. The staff was cooperative and guiding properly for tourist location in coimbatore.

I’m reached hotel early and asked receptionist to check in i will leave check out day same time, but he denied after get permission to manager but not given to the key 3 hours. After waiting 3:30 hours he told me that he was trying multiple times to management and get permission to you and gave same room key. He demanded some money also. In the early morning we need to refresh our self, so please support customers. Thanks
