Very worst staying experience and i would give minus 10 rating for this hotel. Please do not prefer this hotel guys. It's not even worth for 100 rupees.

Very bad service, didn't provide clean bedsheets, didn't provide soap and handwash even, when i asked for it they replied i'll not get as i booked.

I booked and paid the money on october month itself. While went to check in around 11pm night the receptionist told me that the was second time booked and persons were checked in and they told me it was mmt platform issue. I asked about i paid on oct, how you allowed to check in the same room to another person. They replied after my check out only they receive payment and we are not responsible for that. Later he called to hotel manager and explained about this issue, they asked for my booking id. Then they allotted 2 single normal room for 7 persons. I paid for ac room but i was allotted normal room which is not fully cleaned that that and bed cover also not there. During this conversation time around 30 mins my family was at road side. This was weird experience which i had. I don't know who is responsible for this issue.

It was worth the pay and upto my expectations. Also located at a excellent place. Ac was in a good condition and the blankets and towels were clean.

The hotel dormitory was shared between multiple people. It was not clear in the description. The door didn't have doorknob. I had to request for bedsheets. No toiletries or drinking water available. Price is cheap but not worth it.

hotel was not up-to mark which has been mentioned in itenary and they haven't been provided any blankets and bed sheets too no tv no wifi no room service and a lot of mosquitoes in room too much distrubance in the night as it is on the main road. it's was really a bad experience for me and i suggest them to provide all the needs to customers who ever book. i am expecting my refund back if possible please kindly do the needful🙏🙏

Hotel renuka i have very worst experience in my life they not update proper details while book hotel and also deducted additional charge is very high rather than in booking very worst experience and bad rooms not cleaning bad experience.
