The room was small, the bedsheet was black as if it was washed for months. Other than good hospitality was good.

The receptionist in the is not good in behaviour as i booked through make my trip plate-form about three months ago. I also filled the details of total person 4 adult and 4 children above 10 years. But the hotel has charged for one more person in respect of child.

The room was very good with hot water and the rooms are big with balcony. A lot of jewelry shops are available all around the hotel in the city. There are two big food hotels nearby.

Room was not clean and bedsheet pillow cover was also dirty. No towel or soap. I had checked in late and just had to spend a night to leave early next morning. Otherwise, i wouldn't book. Staff was helping though.

Hotel was fine, they we good but with the staff, communication gap was there, as we are not from south we don't know their language, they can't understand hindi nor english properly. So that's the problem we had. Thank you. How to upgrade discount

The room is dusty, not cleaned, the towel is offered only on request and it's dirty at its best. . The bathroom has water leakage and the flooring is wet and slippery often. The reception staff is unfriendly and not polite with the customers. The app gave options for early check in and check out and was accepted and payment made, but the reception staff denied and objected stay and i had to argue and get it sorted. I do not opt this place for anyone. Definitely not for family. It's too close to tasmac, which is crowded in the evening.
