Rooms are very small and old type. Washroom is not cleaned. Wate leakage. Tv not working. No wifi. Mobile network not good in rooms. No kitchen

The was in hotel stay inn was not good. There was a bad smell in the hotel no lift they took two hours to get one drinking water bottle.

A good accommodation at budget price. I stayed at the non ac room, wanted to rest and take bath. Used the facility for 5 hours. Well maintained, wish they had option for breakfast, would have rated 5 star!

1. No hassle free check in our check in time was 12pm, but we reached the room only by 7pm. The receptionist gave us the room key, it was on second floor. When we reached the room, the room was still not cleaned even though there was no case of early check in. We called the reception and they asked us to wait for 10mins. After 10mins they said the room was cleaned, but the pillow sheets were dirty, condom cover in the bathroom. No soap or brush or paste.

I booked non ac standard room and i checked in 5am they told me your check in time is after 12. 00 pm but i arrived earlier they asked extra 1000 fro premium room the worst premium room toilet was smelly. Ac properly not working and tv also not working every time asking query to receptionist worst experience i had i suggest this hotel is not worth for money

I booked a non ac room, which was average. For 1350 it could be way better. Reception and service is good. Parking facility and security is good too. If the quality of rooms can be improved, then it’s a great place.

As a frequent traveler, I recently encountered the worst experience I have ever had. The hotel had unclean rooms with unwashed bedsheets, broken toilets, and the staff exhibited unprofessional behavior. Despite complaining about the issues, the staff did not even offer an apology. Thankfully, I sought assistance from the service They were incredibly helpful and made sincere efforts to address my concerns. Even when I sent them pictures of the deplorable condition of my stay, they were surprised and genuinely concerned about the situation.
