Rooms smelled fungus. General cleaning could be improved. While i did a late checkin, there was no one at reception, waited!

Food accomadtion and restaurent is so good. But the room cost is so expensive according to that cost the room size is very small and not comfort for walk. Ther i s no any balcony or air circulation for free air zone.

I was welcomed very well at the reception. Room was good. Hotel ambiance was good. The receptionist was very helpful in arranging the transport for me.

Linens were old and appeared not fresh. Otherwise it is in a prime location not far from highway. Decent stay. Didn't try the restaurant

The hotel is located on the highway, hence very convenient. Available parking right in front of the hotel is limited, they have some parking space on a nearby plot were they accommodate their staff. There is a fairly decent restaurant. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were very cordial and helpful. The room was good, but the mattresses were a bit tired and soft.

The room was clean, however, the bed spring mattress was completely wobbly and not comfortable at all. The so-called breakfast buffet has nothing except idli and vada. The taste of the food very bad as well. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone considering the price paid for it.

The rooms are clean. Location is good. Easy access to near by restaurants, super markets. Only problem is we had poor wifi since we were in 4th floor. 3rd floor wifi signal was weak and frequently disconnected. That was the only con.

Staying in acacia was kind of good opportunity to explore coimbatore. Easy approach to hotel from both nh's. Linen and ambience was outstanding. The staff has a sense of huge responsibility. Bell boys were familiar and soft-spoken
