The property was fairly good, the room did not have a directory to call for food or reception. Had to go to the reception to get the intercom numbers. Food was not available as per the menu card but whatever they served was good. Wifi was very pathetic, no place in the room to work

It wasn’t up to the mark expected shown on internet and in the place of stay is completely different. The towels and the shower is broken and not neat.

Ess grandee is not a 3 star hotel. It is a lodge. Room tariff is too much for the substandard hotel. I request make my trip not to classify this lodge under 3 star rating. Bad experience

I and my family members enjoyed every moment of our stay at ess grandee. Starting with the hospitality extended by the gentlemen in the front office, the room ambience, neat and clean room, excellent complimentary break fast, etc, were simply outstanding.

Stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The staff are good and hospitable. The rooms were clean and well kept. The only problem with the hotel were the rooms. The standard rooms are really depressing with no outdoor lighting. There's alot of noise from the adjacent building as they are literally 2ft apart. Location is at the heart of coimbatore close to market.

Greeted us well, everything was neat and clean. On last moment they provided us a drop for railway, arranged innovas for us. On special request dinner was provided at restaurant as well as breakfast on time by 7: 30 as we had railway tickets in morning by 8:50 highly professional and valuable service.
