Room which they have given is very small and yes we can understand it only booked for 1 person but still its like 8*8 room which is totally not good. Also the room looks so dirty

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is barely any space to stand, let alone move around comfortably. The condition of the hotel is so poor that it feels like lodge near a railway station. The rooms are cramped, unhygienic, and lack basic amenities. The overall ambiance is depressing, and the service is equally disappointing. It’s shocking how such a place is still operational. If you’re looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay, avoid this hotel at all costs. Spending money here would be a complete waste. Definitely not recommended.

First day i was served with water in the room. Second day when i asked for water they provided me with the water bottle but it was charged during the check out. When i questioned, receptionist person was shouting and told me i should have mentioned complementary while requesting. Behaviour of the receptionist was very bad didn't allow me to even speak.

The room was a little bit small compared to the pictures. The heater was not working. The behaviour of the staff is very polite and can give 5 star ratings.

Not the best for the price

We stayed there for one night. The check-in procedure was easy and we were on the first floor. The room doesn't match the pictures in quality but it's sufficient for a quick rest. The pillows were old and sheets were lightly stained too. The washroom had a train of water probably from cleaning it earlier when we entered it for some reason. The ac would work only after 5 minutes of switching it on. They had really basic amenities like 1 soap, 2 towels, 1 kettle, 2cups/glasses with 1 mineral water bottle but somehow tissues were not to be found anywhere. However, i will commend their breakfast which was filling and tasty. They have a small buffet of south indian and some toast with eggs. Overall, it was an average stay because i don't think the quality matches the price paid. If you are looking for a place only to use the washroom and a bed then it's a valid option.

No electricity will be there sometimes, no generator backup if we ask for electricity they not responding properly. Very bad experience

The washroom is too small which i did not expect during booking time. The door bell is not in work condition. Could you please check the door bell of room no 211 as you are showing the property i found the electric tape on the of the door bell.

Room size and accomodation was good. We were staying for a day. No food option available apart from breakfast. They do not serve tea or coffee after breakfast hours. Not even evening tea till 8 pm. Also no tea/coffee can be ordered in room till morning 8 am. Will not recommend for family

The stay was good but room was little less spacious. It was neat and clean. The breakfast served on both days were delicious. Overall the service and the stay was pleasant.
