Great comfortable stay walkable distance from bus stand. We were able to rent a bike from the next street and visit all the places

Hotels is an average hotel, very old furniture. Service is also average however morning breakfast was nice.

Highly unprofessional hotel staff. They didn't give the room which i booked and said room is not available (i have booked and paid well in advance) they made me wait for seven hours to give the room. Also room service was very bad. They don't attend phone calls and also takes lot of time to deliver.

Very close to town and shopping. Break fast is a good spread of 7 dishes with a desert. Rooms are done every day. Staff very friendly.

Rooms are dirty, bed sheet and quilts are stained, no proper amenities in the room, bathroom doesn't have soap and shampoo, an overrated property

Room was average. Ac was in good working condition. Fan was too noisy. Bathroom was okay. Toilet seat was not clean. Breakfast was good. Okayish stay could be little better for the money paid.

Very good hotel, excellent staffs, well behaved, clean rooms, tasty and variety of break fast, free wifi, very near to central bus stand. Very good location of the hotel. On the roof top, we can enjoy breath taking views of nilgiri mountains as well. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you for make my trip too for recommending this hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations for the budget i had set. The location is easy to find and all the amenities were available at a moments notice in tip top shape with quick help by the receptionist tapreesh! will definitely be visiting this hotel and franchise more often if i ever visit again.
