The nature room i experienced was a serene retreat, beautifully blending natural elements to create a peaceful atmosphere. Lush plants, from tall trees to small succulents, filled the space, improving the air quality and adding vibrancy. Earthy materials like wood and stone complemented the greenery, providing a warm, organic feel. Large windows allowed abundant natural light, making the room feel open and connected to the outdoors. A small water fountain added soothing sounds, enhancing the sense of calm. Overall, the room was a perfect sanctuary for relaxation, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Stay is good. But the way to reach the stay is but typical. I think bikers can manage. And laxman bhagya is so kind and provides good service.

No value for money. Bathroom condition was so bad. View also not good for provided room. Rooms are very congested.

Location is beautiful we love it. Stay was wonderful food also was like home. We all like the scenic beauty of stay will recommend it environment is clam and silent it's very inside from center no kid play zone

It was good stay. Well main-ted and hygiene. Especially bathrooms were very good with hot water. But they don't have even fans in the room but the place of the stay gives you enough and comfortable whether to sleep. The stay place is very cynic and it is worth driving to reach the stay. Leading road to the stay is little confusing because of lack of big signage boards. Special mention of the staff were very professional and very friendly. Food made by lakshman was excellent overall we would write 4. 5 out of 5 for this day.

It's very nice but there is a damaged road to reach the cottage. Room comfortable need at least a fan because inserts are more in season time. But cot makes more sound, in the rest room male urinal is unnecessary, and can keep the wash basin there. Food we had two times ordered from swiggy easy delivery, and also we had in cottage food also it's also like home food feel. All the staffs are very good and hard works. We celebrate our daughters birthday here very nice location so many asked where is it, i shared the details too.

Great view from the villa room and unfortunately there is no balcony, u just have to sit inside the room and see the view. And there is no mesh for windows considering a lot of monkeys in the morning and too many insects at night. The point of having a view is meaningless. Secondly there was no power for 2 days and we had to get water from 2 floors to even use washrooms. U have to order food from fixed menu only and doesn’t have any option to even prepare a coffee in the room. Even for a small cup of curd you are charged extra which is ridiculous. The owner doesn’t allow you to have a drink outside the room and even asks for 1500 rupees per hour for a bonfire which is disappointing. Very money minded and not worth visiting again. Will never even recommend this for upcoming travelers. There is absolutely nothing about this except for one view from window.

No proper road to reach aruvi staff are very cooperative the location is beautiful the food was nice and took more time, and very limited choices

The resort is very close to coonoor bus stand, but problem is 2 km road to resort is very steep and bad, and steep. They should co-operate with other resort owners in that area to make road safe. House keeping is excellent, care taker lakshman is a super cook, food is soo good and less cost than outside, i will be visiting again.

This was my second time at aruvi cottages. My first visit was along with family in 2022, which was a pleasant one. Hence i decided to book for second along with friends. But this time around, it was not the same, the main problem is the reachability, it's located quite inside, road is so narrow and is very poorly maintained. There are bushes and trees lying around, you should be lucky enough not to get scratches on the car. Also, do not plan to reach this location with a vehicle with low ground clearance. The best thing about this property is the majestic view of nilgiri hills. Also the rooms are quiet big enough and they do accommodate bachelor's too

We left bangalore at 9 am and reached little late to this place by 6. 30pm. It was pitch dark and at one moment we were stuck at a place where no movement was possible. Direction signage were too small to read. Recommended to go before 4pm. Also keep reading signage of cottage name as it’s very small boards. Stay was ok. Laxman was good to help us with food and beds. Overall great surrounding ambience. Good to stay for a day

Aruvi cottage is at good location, so far from the city but the rooms and facilities aren't so good. Location wise it's good also "be aware of monkeys they can snatch food from your plate"

You will get a breathtaking view of coonoor from this hotel. People are very nice. The cottage is located in an interior spot. But that's why you can have serenity and surreal view of the hills.

First it was very difficult to find the cottage based on google map. But on contacting the owner he immediately sent the location. The way to cottage is narrow however on reaching the location it was very scenic. The staff are very cordial and service is great.

Never got for this place. This is the pathetic place. Don’t know how mmt allowing such properties to be listed. Spiders on the bed, the path to the so called cottage was weirdest, the wash basin is in the room instead of bathroom, cupboards without door, stingy smell! kindly don't waste your money going here please
