The location is beautiful. Valley view and tea gardens are amazing no parking available food is not available they ask for breakfast and take it from outside. Water chok ups in basins

I am writing firs time review bcz of terrible experience. First of all there is no road to reach this place and google map will not support you bcz of walking way if you will reach there there is no parking available second the staff is alcohalik and they got sleep around 12:30 and thair sound is clearly audible in room so you can not sleep. Third one is there is no cleaning in room insects are walking in room and some cockroach are also in room water facility is also very poor. If you are couple so please don't go there

The hotel is worst. Don’t go by photos. Those are old ones and we got trapped by same. They gave our room to someone else and offered us unhygienic room. Also no restaurant and no food at night was available. Bathroom is in bad. Bed bugs are there

Very worst experience. Rooms are not properly maintained. Dirty bed spread. Torn blankets. All the room stinks. Not cleaned bathrooms. Big spider in room. Strongly recommend to avoid this place. Not worth what they charge

Rooms are stinking smell. Location is not convenient for commutation. No parking facilities room has only one power socket. They didn't give bath soap. Have lot os insects inside the room. Only good thing is it has tea estate view from window

I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, i noticed a strong and unpleasant odor throughout the facility. The blankets and table cloth in the room were torn, and the spray jet in the bathroom. The taps and commode seat were also broken and in unusable condition. Despite my repeated complaints, the two staff members on duty were unresponsive and did not take any action to address the issues. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to its serious hygiene and maintenance issues, unresponsive staffIt's important for potential guests to be aware of these issues before making a reservation, and for the hotel to take immediate action to address them.

It’s a simple place but the views are to die for! worth it just to wake up literally overlooking a stunning vista of tea and hills. Simple standard facilities and the hosts are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. No restaurant but they will send out for anything you need.

👎👎👎no parking available. not good food. no hygeine maintained. no good service (once you call them you will get order late and they will forget what you requested so again it will take time). very small road for car only one car can go with that road. too much costly than other hotels as per service. only good point is you will get good view in morning.

worst food service. we ordered food at 12:00 pm and we received it at 2:00 pm. our two kids were crying for food. no space for parking. cleanliness was not good.

Location is too bad only usp of the hotel is u can have tea garden view from window. Rest no plus point. Location is horrible, decent staff, entire building was empty when we stayed for 3 days. Very limited food options and too costly.
