Very poor management, no wifi, no tv, whole night there is no electricity light, room & bathroom door very poor position to close, poor staff, no one attend call service staff

Lance silver falls, ****oor, is good resort with reasonable price. Beautiful location with amazing scenic view. But however the services are average, could have maintained better. No much of food options, better to carry from ooty town.

Really very bad experience to Stay in LANCE SILVER FALLS below the topic which makes my experience horrible 1. No cleanliness in Hotel 2. Bathroom cleaning is very bad 3. unhygienic and unclean room, bathroom and balcony. 4. you cannot take a bath in the bathroom because the water is very dirty.(yellow water)🤮 5. The quality of food is also very bad 6. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.😭

The place is super awesome and a must visit place for food the scenery is too good a wonderful waterfall on the right front of the hotel food i like so light and lots of varieties feel like heaven and the best add on is service and people who are their any time to assist you

Not suitable for family. Very bad service. Also this property is very far from city. In radius of 4 km there is no shops, restaurants and hospital.

Bad and very slow service. No landline in the room, you need to call from your personal number for room service. Also the complimentary breakfast is just for the name sake, it is not good at all. We also felt like there was something paranormal in the place. But apart all there was only 1 good thing about the place and that was the view from the room’s balcony.

Awesome location. View from the premium valley view room is outstanding. Complementary breakfast spread is nice. Dinner in the inhouse restaurant is nice. Kudos to entire team, especially mr. Murugan front office and ajim in restaurant in particular

Great experience. Good stay over there. View from the rooms and from the restaurant are amazing. Staff are really very polite and friendly. We really enjoyed the stay, good co ordination from the manager mr. Murugan. Big thanks for our memorable stay.

The service of the staff is not good, tv not working when asked they say it is not recharged, the towels are not kept, if food is ordered we have to select what they say. Overall pathetic experience

Very bad experience. No facilities at all. No breakfast, no dinner service. Very unhygienic. Insects and cobwebs inside room. No towels, no hand wash. Threatening behavior of the hotel staff.

Worst experience. They take tourists for granted. Worst rooms. Only a bed in the room, absolutely nothing else, not even a chair, broken dining table and smelly bathroom. Also worst service ever. Had to call like thousand times to even get water in room. Don't fall for the nice pictures they put on. Breakfast menu is limited. Only idly sambar, bread butter, tea and coffee. Anything else is chargeable including dosa and omlette. Terrible stay

Location is very nice, situated on a cliff with good valley views far away from the hustle and bustle of the town, rooms are good and spacious with big bedroom kitchen area, dining area and spacious bathroom with hot water geyser, the areas to improve are-no intercom, no proper house keeping, boys are poor in understanding english and hindi, chef has to train to make multicuisine items
