We booked teak room, the room was excellent and view of jungle was also nice. The management needs to work on bathroom fittings, restaurant and staff. We felt that it was under staffed and also there were only few options for food.

Poor Stay

I booked the arebica category that was mentioned as garden view, however they gave me room in the corner and the property does not have a proper garden view anywhere. After multiple calls with mmt they gave an upgrade. Also, in terms of amenities there is nothing much apart from pool and gym, they mentioned many things but none of this was available at the premise. Breakfast was terrible and the restaurant service was even worse, we hardly got items hot. Most of the items were not available on both days. The only good thing was the food that we ordered from the restaurant as room service. It is okay place to go with friends but i do not recommend family and couples to go to this place ever. It is not worth the money you will be spending. How to get the reward?

Stay at teak cottage

We stayed in teak and it was nice and spacious. It was raining in the evening and the view was nice. Pool was nice and food was good. The mini refrigerator in side room was not working. Electric power used to go and come and the generator change over was manual, so must expect some small delay.

Its very worst condition for me and my family. Manager is not understood any thing. No service. Present. Lizard on bed ac not working. I do not recommend. Any gujrati to stay. Wheel chair not available

The resort was good and staff behaviour was also decent. However the food was not good and we told the same to them as well. Once we ordered bread omelette for dinner and it was not properly cooked. We told this to resort staff and they cancel-led the order and apologised for the same which was very good. We used the swimming pool as well. Overall great place to stay however they need to improve their food options

Nature was good but its not worth as i have paid for this stay they are giving basic facilities but aminities are not truly functional and you are collection money on basis of that also food was ok in resort breakfast was not hot served and that to limited items

I stayed with my family of 4. 2 kids and my husband. Overall the stay has been good and am satisfied with the services. Listing below some points that might be helpful pros 1 situated close to tourist attractions( within max 30 min drive) in madikeri town 2. Courteous and helping staff 3. Peaceful and serene and good for a short stay. 4. I stayed in room type 'tribe. It's huge and has a nice view of jungle. 5. Dedicated space for parking and roads to resort are good cons 1. Small resort with very few things to do in the resort 2. Only 1 restaurant with few staff so food will take time to be served 3. Food taste is fine but varieties are very limited 4. No close by shops etc so be prepared to have backup if you are travel-ling with kids

Overall all a good/decent stay. Breakfast was good. Little expensive but not sure because of weekend. Need to improve resort’s amenities.

Worst and pathetic. Ambiance and location are good. But staff hospitality is worse, and they will cheat you, and they will give you wrong calculations and will make you pay an additional amount. These guys are asking for additional payment, and they had counted my 4 years kid as an adult and demanding additional money.

What i must commend the most is about the staff. Excellent service, very friendly, polite and accommodating. Food was great and we enjoyed every meal. Definitely worth staying here.

Waste of money, pls dont suggest anyone to stay there. Rooms were smelling like not used sience a decade. Mosquito biting poor room amneties no hot water, food quality and taste better not to expalin here. Morning breakfast, i think they think they think they are donating something o. Free of cost. Wost one. I was ha ing my lunch dinner outside in my touring places. Night experience is so scary, seems like old age virana type. I afraid in rainy season u must find snakes like reptiles sleeping with u at your door steps. Worst experience i kust spoiled the timing i stayed there. Thwnk you

Location is good as it is 20 minutes from medikri town. Property is still under construction. Swimming pool does not have finished deck. Areas around pool are unfinished. Oak category rooms do not have a exhaust for toilet. So toilets have a bad smell. We visited during peak season, huge shortage of staff for all departments. There was no breakfast at 9. 30am

We were given small cozy rooms. The photos deceived us. Kindly ensure the right photos of room is shown after allotment. Showing one kind of room after booking confirmed and allotting a different room during check in is incorrect

We booked a are-ca non ac with breakfast at - considering to be an excellent stay. Here is my honest feedback. They didn’t put the pictures of booked room. Very small room with no ventilation. No net on windows too. They have put a table fan on corner of wall which is completely useless. Nothing to see at the property. There was constant noise of insects. It became scary with 3 year old kid midnight. The receptionist showed us an alternative room but it was smelling of seepage. Bathroom’s washbasin tap water flow was very bad. There was so much suffocation in the room. Complimentary breakfast they provided puri bhaji, pulav (sic. Upon request they provided milk, tea, cornflakes & bread. Overpriced with no facilities. Wastage of money.
