Very good resort, view from the room is pleasant. Food quality and quantity, room service is good. No kid paying area i have seen.

The room was spacious, and the balcony offered a stunning view, which was the highlight of the stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, but the parking spot could use some improvement.

Room size and food was good but the location is a bit secluded from the main market. Also there is a steep uphill to reach the hotel and even walk within the hotel which might cause issues to elderly people.

Not at all walkable to raja seat due to steep height. Only good point is balcony view. Food is ok however breakfast time is too late. Poorly maintained infrastructure. Overall not at all value for money experience.

Very good hospitality, guys are very supportive, breakfast and dinner is good. Room is very neat and clean. Really we enjoyed this stay at coorg heights resort.

The resort is a steep climb or drive but not too difficult. Rooms were okay but may need better maintenance. The food was very good. Staff were helpful

The property was really nice. Very good location. Staff was well behaved, food was really good. But renovation work was going on. The room was okay. Felt like it had ventilation issues. We couldn't open the windows at night because of concerns about monkeys and insects. Also the room smelled a bit funny. As we spent most of our time outside and barely went in the room to sleep it was okay for us. I hope they renovate the property quickly so our next visit can be a lot better experience.

Rooms are clean & well maintained. Food was good & served on time i had booked a no view room so i couldn't enjoy the scenic view but other rooms have good hill view.

Rooms are very excellent. The view point from rooms are really nice. Their maintenance is good but food is not worth. It's simply k only. They will try to improve that

Over all experience was good, food was excellent all staffs were cooperative. Only draw back they have is, stiff road to take your car though they helped me a lot to park my car. Rooms are old and need maintenance and painting. Location and view is good

Nice, friendly staff, but garden view from top rooms is nice, but ground floor view rooms is not nice, mountain view stay is best for stay, the price is higher during long weekend and festival time, so, finally ok to stay.

Location - excellent food- good ( items in breakfast needed to be increased) amenities- average ( for kids only) service- average ( land line phone not given in room, need to call him by mobile or hv to go in restaurant for order) overall - average noting- as we hv to check out early morning at 7 am so we demanded breakfast before 7 but they refused as the breakfast time is from 8:00 to 10:00 only. Moreover i hv ordered just tea as we hv to leave early but they told that it will be chargeable if you order before time(they will serve tea at 7:00 but it's not free, it's chargeable) so overall i will not recommend the property.

Stay was okay, need to take car through steep slope was risky. Room's bathroom didnt had latches to lock. Food was exceptional. Will get good breakfast and live food counter.
