The rooms given were not according to the pictures and only one was given out of 2 room booking. They offered tent room which was filled with smell and dust. The ac was not working properly. The swimming pool or water slider water was dirty. Very poorly maintained property. No one should go with kids or family there

The property is amazing especially for childrens to have a great time in swimming pool it has water slides similar to a water theme parks the green cover is amazing lots of trees the food was also good but needs a lot of improvement in terms of varities the propery has a great scope of development in future if it develops in other areas it would turn out to be one among best resorts in kushalnagar the staff was very polite and supportive rooms was bit small in size and needs improvement road following to the resort was in pathetic state other kids area was also in pathetic state without maintenance overall a good resort but not a great resort for the prize paid

My family and i recently stayed at this hotel and we had an amazing time. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool and kids play area, which kept my son entertained for hours. The hospitality we received was truly next level - one incident that stood out to us was when we arrived at the hotel pretty late and hadn't had lunch yet. The hotel staff were kind enough to provide us with basic food and didn't charge us for it. This made us feel truly at home away from home. I want to give a special shoutout to puttu sir and jyothi for making us feel so special during our stay. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort and enjoyment made all the difference. Overall, we had an amazing experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable family getaway.

It’s small strip of land and not worth to be called as resort. Not worth to pay so much Very sad and Terrible experience Overall No security to open gates. No one help you to carry your bag. Very small rooms poorly maintained. Broken furniture. Tv not working, toilet stinky, hot water tap gives you electric shock, yellowish worn out bedlinen and pillows. absolutely ghost rooms. Kids play area bird shit every where, rusted equipments quite old and not maintained at all. very dangerous for kids. same story for Pool and water slides. all are rusted and not recommended for kids.

Location was too far from main city, stay was too bad, they are listed as pet friendly but do not wanted to allow pet. No property manager is available for any issue. It was just a nightmare experience.

We stayed in coorg jungle kids resort during end of jun e 23. After hectic work schedules, what we wanted is a place to relax + engage kids. Jungle kids was an excellent choice. The entire environment has a jungle resort feeling with an awesome swimming pool with rain dance, slides etc. Great music orchestra, karaoke in evening. The place also has a kids park, adventure areas as well as outdoor sports court. Food was excellent but a little slow in service. Overall hospitality was excellent and a great distressing place for couples, kids as well as groups of youngsters to drop in and experience
