The propert was okay, rooms were good and the food was pathetic. At this cost you have much better properties with a lot of activities and better service.

Had a good experience, loved the room we booked and the service was also great. They have to work on the road as it might slightly trouble small vehicles as there are many big stones on the stretch for 1km we reach old kent.

The resort is an old-world charm. My stay in the Jacuzzi cottage was pleasant like a perfect antidote to my hectic routine. The resort has a spa, pool table, indoor games, and exceptional service from the staff. Breakfast was complimentary and the lunch/dining options vary depending on occupancy, with both buffet and à la carte choices available. à la carte menu is priced slightly higher.

The old kent estates is beautifully designed with cottages, private gardens, and panoramic views of the western ghats, making it an ideal destination for a quiet getaway honeymoon and family vacations. Such a beautiful place to stay and enjoy the beauty of nature

Location is good. The property is also good but not maintained up to the level of other properties from same price range. Food is below average with no taste and limited options in buffet and ala carte

Great place to stay, it was so relaxing. Food was yum and staff was so helpful and friendly. Location wise it's 30 mins before madikeri and a bit of off reading too but the place is worth it.

Room is good. But the bathtub is a bit stinky with drain smell while my kid was using. Food is expensive they charged gst haven’t given bill as well. But good options and tasty. And reservations team is very rude. At the hotel the staff were accommodating. Overall a good stay.

*resort review: croog, india* my stay at this resort in croog was an absolutely delightful experience! the cottage i stayed in was incredibly spacious, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bathroom, much like the rest of the cottage, was enormous and fully equipped with all the modern facilities one could need. It felt more like a personal spa than a regular bathroom! the resort is nestled in the heart of a dense coffee garden, which adds a unique charm to the entire experience. The garden tour was one of the highlights of my stay, as i got to explore the beautiful coffee plantations up close, learning about the cultivation process while being surrounded by the refreshing aroma of coffee beans. In terms of amenities, the resort did not disappoint. Most of the essential facilities were readily available, ensuring a comfortable and relaxed stay. However, what truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect in every way. Overall, this resort in croog offers a serene, luxurious escape into nature, making it an ideal getaway for anyone looking to unwind amid-st the beauty of coffee gardens. Highly recommended!

There were bed bugs. When i woke up i saw marks all over my legs and back. When such important thing is messed up however good other things are, it does not matter
