The hotel rooms are good. Hot water available 24 hours and wifi also available. Staff is very helpful. No resturant available but staff brings food from outside restaurants. Lift unavailability is a major issue.

The rooms are very neat and clean. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. The major challenge is that they don't have a private parking area and no restaurants attached in the hotel.

Stay seems to be new, it is clean. Warden is also good. But there is no lift. All shops are near by.

Very different place from the town, the hotel has a good atmosphere, silence, everything is good, the hotel and the room are clean. Good customer service, parking is even better. 10/7

The stay was good. I have one request the hotel does not have a lift so i would like to point out that the hotel has no lift in booking time my parents has to suffer for that.

Comfortable stay, good amenities, parking is difficult, the calling bell in the room does not bring anyone! service is not enough

Hotel is average with basic facilities only. Entrance has staircase which is painful for elder peoples. Lack of restaurant and lift makes it average stay.

They don't have parking facility. Should park in the road side. This facility having steep upstairs. Difficult for aged people.

Location is near by to few of the tourist places like dubare elephant park, nisargadhama etc. Could have been better if they have in house restaurant.

I stayed there for a night. Experienced a short power failure for 3-4 times. But rectified immediately, power back up support is available for fan. Staff was polite. No food was available in the premises. Good hotels are available in walkable distance. It's average only, but all together satisfactory

Nice place to stay except a little stinky bathroom. Some construction work is going on to the side of the hotel and some bad smell is coming through the bath room because of that.

For people who are looking for a budget friendly stay close to all tourist attractions in kushalnagar, this stay is a good option. We booked jumbo non ac rooms, which could easily accommodate 6 people. Considering the cool temperature at night, there was no necessity of an ac. The room was very spacious and clean. Some of the cons are 1)there is only a flight of steps which takes you to the hotel entrance 2)no lift connecting floors 3)no allotted parking space, you have to park on the street

Pros: the rooms are well furnished and clean. The staff is amazing and very helpful especially the front desk. The location is very central for tourists. Cons: the hotel is located up a flight of stairs and there are no elevators. We faced a power fluctuation although that might not be the case for everyone. There is no attached restaurant but there are plenty of food options available in the vicinity.

We stayed for one night here. The location of the property is good. Food joints and town markets is 2 mins walk. Ganesh the manager was very helpul in guiding us and arranging things at the hotel. Bad things is there is no in-house restaurant or food service. There is no parking also, you need to park your car on the road. There are three floors and there is no lift as well.
