The stay was good and the rooms were clean. It was worth the money experience. Food was not that great. Connectivity from the hotel was good and overall i would say it was an average experience

Homemade breakfast is very tasty. Rooms are clean, very good property. We got it for reasonable price only. We stayed here for two days.

Stay was amazing considering the price. Shueb, the caretaker was really helpful. Just one advice - do not order your food from par-is restaurant, of which you will find a menu card in your room.

I had booked stay for my senior citizen uncle and his friends. The overall stay was good, rooms were clean and i had called them earlier to inform they were senior citizens so the room was provided in the first floor. Breakfast was also good.

It is located in a very nice area. The room is excellent in its neat and clean. Bedroom and wash room are very hygiene and looks like new. Very friendly with kids interest. We had a very good break fast. Totally very nice experience

Rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. The hotel is very close to the raja seat and will find good restaurants too.

Located away from the crowd this is a wonderful property. The security of this place is unmatched. The complimentary breakfast made by the landlady was very delicious.

The rooms are very spacious and ventilated, washroom very clean. Breakfast was also very nice and wholesome. The home stay is very well located in the heart of madekeri. Lastly the owners are very polite and extremely helpful

The location is 1km away from the city and needs a steep climb about 100m where cars can go up only in 1st gear. Breakfast(idli bada and bread jam) not served on time. It is always delayed. The care taker is not there half of the time, cannot ask for hot water when there is load shedding. Rooms are unclean and no lift. Property has ample parking space and couple of swings at the terrace. It has good amount of planted trees. Rooms are spacious. Tv does not work.

Quite place, very good hospitality, the caretaker aunty is very nice, humble, polite, and given delicious breakfast everyday. She had provided different foods which was really good in taste. Rooms are very comfortable and each amenities were provided according to the treebo standards. Highly recommend for others to stay here.

Terrible Stay

Anyone from outside can see the inside through the crystal clear glass which covered with curtain. The water from taps are light red in color🙄. Totally waste of money. Dont even like to give 1* for it. There is no proper drinking water facility . We need to wait for them to get water. There were two longside glases window to the left of the bed that too which are transparent. As my family stayed here for 1 day and can't even feel sagfe for ladies to change the dresses as the glasses are transparent. Their attitude towards the customer also quit disappointing. And finally, the reception will too close to the room. if you and your family persons are having a serious meet then it can also be listend by the receptionist.
