cottages were stinking badly as we enter, no cleanness near surrounding, linens were not changed and extra bed was without linen.

Very bad maintenance. Both inside and outside of the rooms. I've booked an deluxe rooms. It is not even like a normal room. Unbelievable the bedsheets are ripped and broken bed.

Frequent poor cut, bedding was very dirty, room was not cleaned properly, hot water kettle was not provided by default u need to ask for it, ac remote was not working properly only thing good was hotel staff were very polite

Better avoid this cottage no power back up no room service.

it's not way close to it's portrayal. We found this place to be shady, lousy and unsafe for family. The rooms are not clean and the service is pathetic. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 8:00, but the kitchen was opened only at 10:00. . The property was shady, lousy and felt unsafe for family

Food availability is not great as it has a kitchen for mainly chinese foods. Rooms and bathroom are average clean and not as per the amount i paid for a night. Tv was not working and it was not fixed till the time we stayed there for two days. Pool is smaller and not that clean. Staff was good and hd been assisting us all the time. Not worth of the money i paid rest it's average.

The rooms were neat and excellent, for a family its a best and neat place to stay, the staffs were also helpful.

Highly misleading property

Property is not maintained at all. Location is good, food is good but breakfast is served after 8:45 am and will have only two main items and fruits ( very limited. Staff is very well behaved and welcoming. It is a beautiful site but has very poor maintenance. Cottage had cobwebs and insects do come during night. Pool is not at all clean, though they cleaned it after we arrived, but is too small to be called as a pool ( hardly 10 feet. There is no play area for kids as shown in photos. Parking is very limited. It is just like a poorly maintained homestay. I will not recommend anybody to waste their money on this property. You can use it only for night stay that too is price is less. Not worth the price i paid. All pics are highly misleading.

Excellent place for solitude

This place is hosted by sunil & poovana, both have excellent behaviour & communication skills. They are always available for any problems, further their service, food & amenities are top notch. Really enjoyed my stay.

Not similar of what it’s shown

The room is quite different then what it shows. It is full of damp and walls are chipping off. No amenities in the room except then one soap. Amenities showing in the property are there but everything requires maintenance and cleaning from pool to bridge. Bonfire requires extra money. Restaurant of there’s is not working so you need to order by paying rs 250 extra and plus no local transportation nearby. Only best thing is mr sunil the host coz he will help you to make trip plans.

The place was good, but the room was smells, in the room even they didn't keep the water. For this amount, they are not providing tea or coffee nor dinner, or breakfast in other less priced home stay they providing breakfast and room much better than this room. Pro : place is good cons : all others

Completely unhygienic and not clean. Poor quality. Smelly. No facilities at all. They are charging 4k per night and it's not a worth zero penny also.

Not really good, bad rooms are very smelling and the facilities also not good. it shows that food is available but when you reach the venue they will say dinner is not there

We arrived at the hotel at 5pm and from the start itself things were off. On entering below were our feedback 1. Room was dusty and not cleaned 2. Pillow and bedsheet covers were smelling and wet 3. Fan was there but pointing away from bed so no use of the fan 4. Bathroom and bedroom walls were all damaged looked like it's more than 5 year no maintenance has been done 5. Tv in the room was having broken display issue and only kannada channels 6. Ac remote is malfunctioning 7. No water bottle at least have the courtesy to provide at least 2 bottles on arrival 8. Being a cold climate in coorg at least a water kettle should have been there to heat water and keep our self's warm. We still had patience with all of these and since we came here to unwind de-stress and relax. We said still let's give it a chance but what made our stay go from unpleasant to traumatising experience was the frequent power cuts every hr. The dg /power back is setup in manual way so in the night at 2pm we both woke up traumatised to see power has been out. I got a panic attack and when i tried to go to reception and check there was nobody at all so things only intensified and got worse. I had to call and wake them up to switch on the power. And after such type of experience it's next to impossible to get sleep so i am speaking right now without getting proper rest (after driving from bangalore to coorg) or sleep.

1. Pool was not kids friendly 2. Room ambience, cleanliness was not good 3. Food was ok but service was good 4. But electricity issue. Guest can not tolerate this kind of issues 5. Rooms were claustrophobic

Overpriced

Room and bathroom were ok. Swimming pool was not clean, there was a lot of algae on tiles. Campfire is charged at 1000₹ extra but because the place was occupied by other guests, they told us no for that. Tea was very bad. Too overpriced for the quality of facilities provided.

Food in the restaurant is almost limited, and not upto the mark. Rooms in the hotel are not clean, foul smelling bedsheets.

Room was not upto the expection. Washhroom was not clean. Wash basin was leaking. Bedsheet was not clean. Wall was damped. Overall environment was uncomfortable. Booked for 3 days. Stayed only for one day.

The room was spacious for a couple and well maintained. The property is within half an acre and there is nothing much to roam around. The pool didn't look great. The food was average. Overall if you are going for sight seeing all day and coming here in the evening for rest, it is a good place for the price.
