Very nice place located in the midst of nature. Well laid out rooms with all modern facilities. Attentive and helpful staff. Good for a weekend escape from the bustling city life.

Bed bugs in room

Behavior of Mr. Jagannath was not professional. I had initially requested for room change as it was next to the lift but he said no room is available. The room I was allotted had bed bugs in it, couldn’t sleep for 2 hours after which I finally gave up and asked the receptionist to tackle it. Out of somewhere another room was available and was shifted to that.

Beautiful homestay

It a very cozy homestay near Virajpet. The room was very spacious and clean. Manager Mr. Murugan, and his staff took very good care of us. Food is awesome. There is a small lake/pond in front of the place. Also a huge area around to take morning and evening walks. A couple of suggestions if they can add some more games for the kids it will be nice. Also our room was not ready when we arrived so we had to wait for some time. However it wasn't a big issue.

We chose Windchimes Retreat for our stay at Coorg and it could not have been better. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Nestled amidst coffee plantations, far from the maddening crowd, it is the right kind of hotel for those looking for peaceful surroundings away from busy roads, and shopping complexes. The manager, Mr. Murugan takes very good care of the guests, and we received warm hospitality.

The resort seems to be ready by now or there was almost nothing working as facilities, I got a feeling that I got into some resort where no one wants to come and is closing, may be for renovation, suggestion: please remove it from listing if you are renovating the resort.

Absolutely no maintenance, bed linen and towels were not changed, care taker is good but he will give you what he wants to give you and you will not get what you wanted he is very friendly but not liberal in service and you need to be very demanding it's not Worth paying extra for night stay for a room you might get better place of homestay.

We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Rooms are too good. I want to special thanks to Mr Morgan for his attention towards us. His wife cooked amazing, delicious food for us. Overall the place is quite, peaceful and pleasant.

We stayed here for 3 nights 4 days, the rooms were spacious and well kept. Food was yummy. Well kept property and special thanks to Mr. Murugan for taking special care towards their hosts. I would definitely suggest my friends to come here and have nice stay away from the City rustle.

Windchimes is located amidst a coffee estate and the place is absolutely serene with birds chirping all day. The guest host morgan was really helpful and his wife cooks good home-made food which was reasonably priced. Overall a happy stay.

An oasis of serenity amidst the bustling City Perfect Retreat for family, friends or couples to chill out. Very well maintained and beautiful coffee plantations view. Rooms were spacious and clean. Excellent hospitality. Thanks to Mr. Murugan and his team. They were very warm, welcoming and helpful. Fresh home-made food of our choice was made readily available for every meal. They made our stay worthy. Overall a very lovely experience Looking forward to visit again
