The room was spacious. The cleanliness is average. Staff were very friendly food was good the hotel is centrally located.

Nothing works in this hotel. Mattress sheets were dirty, towels were incredibly dirty, tv does not work, wifi does not work properly, very expense for this half baked hotel. Reception was good but other than that nothing was good.

I can say this is 2 * hotel, you may need to ask for everything and room not spacious. Okay okay stay as there is no options in this place.

The room was so nasty with dirty bed cover, very bad smelling bathroom literally smelled like someone urinated. Awkward. Room was smelling like fungus infected one. No hot water.

3 - average bed linens were not clean. The hotel didn't have a good linen to replace. No intercom facility in the room

Worst experience. No ac and internet wifi was very poor. Rest room was not maintained good. Staffs are not attending any customer service totally not satisfied

Rooms were not clean, smoke smell inside ac room was choking and despite complaining to the management - no proper action were taken although they claimed free breakfast on paying extra cost, the restaurant barely bothered about hotel guests. I had complained thrice but no food was offered at waiting for 35 mims. Least i could manage was to get refund while check out

Hotel is a bit dated but was clean. Tv didn’t work upon arrival but fixed later in the evening. Hot water takes a little while. Staff quite attentive to our requests. Bed linen needed changing.

I booked deluxe room but the room felt like normal. It doesnt feel like deluxe.

The bed spread and the quilt covers were not changed. Having a bad smell.

Stay was awesome. This hotel is situated in the heart of the town. I must say the food at their integrated restaurant is very nice.

Hotel location was good, but rooms are very poor in cleanliness and stinks a lot. Bathroom was horrible. Bedsheets are not clean and have stains/marks.
