Pleasant stay. Power backup is available. Lift available. Even-though old building, renovated nicely with false ceilings. Very clean bathroom. No mosquitos even during rainy days. Only disadvantage is public parking and open parking opposite to hotel. Staffs are helpful and courteous. Nearby veg hotel is 150m - anandas - food is very good even compared to high class restaurant

Congested and not worth the

The overall experience was not the best. The room looks spacious in the photos provided, but in reality the standard double a/c rooms are very small. The washroom is very small and congested. Cleanliness is good enough, but amenities like hot water were not available and some taps were faulty. This is about standard a/c room. The others might be better. But if you are looking for a good family friendly luxurious hotel, then this shouldn't be your choice.

Hotel was not up to the standard according to the money they charge it’s not at all worth it rooms ac water leaks keeps dripping down the floor when asked to changed the room they simply denied says we don’t have room for that the whole room is stays dirty. Bathroom is full of smell it’s stinks with no exhaust fan it’s so suffocating you could not stay there for long while using hot water bath you won’t be able to see in the bathroom it’s gets very foggy. While booking i was said you are eligible for free upgrade with no extra cost for twin bed when i ask the hotel to change my room to twin bed they simply asked for 500 rs extra then they are going to changed it.

The stay was pleasant. The room and bathrooms were neat. Food in and around the area was terrible. I recommend this hotel for a short stay in cuddalore.

Good staff. Hotel in center of the town. Multiple choices of food nearby like anand bhavan hotel, andhra hotel. Bus stand just 1km away.

Travel-led alone for business purposes. Hotel was nee t and clean and maintained well. Staffs are polite and fast in service. Good service.

Staff behaviour was just not acceptable. Hygiene was very poor. Bathroom, bedsheets are dirty. Hotel lift is not working all time. Car parking very narrow. Not recommended at all.

There is an open area opposite the hotel for car park on the road, hot water will start only after one would have wasted 4 buckets of water and lots of mosquitos so afrer enquiring in the reception they gave us mosquito repellent plug-in, over all highly priced hotel, i had asked for a double i was given a family room which was not required may be they did not have any rooms.

At the time of booking room size mentioned as 391 sq feet. But allotted room no 203 hardly 200 sq feet.
Proper temperature check, sanitation to be conducted

Everything was fine but though I didn't liked it so much. First of all the Hotel is not actually in Pondicherry but a bit Away From there. Secondly, the rooms were congested. Lastly, they don't provide mineral water, other cutlery was also not given. Overall an average stay.
