The hotel is located at the heart of the town with adequate parking. The room was neat and well furnished. The service personnel were courteous and well behaved.

I stayed with my brother and sister to visit temples around this place. The location and service were good. But very expensive as make my trip has charged rs. 3000 for which a direct booking would have costed me only 2000.

The behaviour of the reception staff was arrogant when reached the room assigned it was uncleaned room with liquor bottles then they assigned other room which was stinking in the bathroom when asked for hot water which didn't come in first place then had to use cold water when called the reception he answered the ph and said he will send someone and no one came when called again he had kept the receiver off horrible experience it's pure waste of money paid 2850

On the positive side, the room was very large and staff helpful. The bathroom was old and dirty. The towels were very old.

Room is neat and new one. But size is very small compared with cost. Also washroom to be provided with room spray as too much toilet smell inside wash room

I stayed at Vaigai with family of four and accommodation was ver good It seems to be a newly built hotel. I found it difficult to access the hotel from the main road and called the hotel and they send a person to navigate to the hotel. Room service is good except the narrow lane to enter the hotel. Parking space is sufficient for 10 ca rs. Overall it is good for overnight stay

I stayed in premium room and it is in excellent condition. Room was cleaned and had all necessary items. Hotel staffs are very cooperative. Only the accessibility to the hotel is little difficult as it's main gate situated through a narrow road. I am satisfied with their hospitality

The hotel manager allotted 1adult +1 child rooms 2nos, instead of one 2adults +2children, after with great difficulty got the same.

Stayed in ac room in 3rd floor. Calm and peaceful stay.

We had budget constraints. Opted low cost hotel. Hotel amenities are as per budget and no issues. But there is lack of hygiene. There were cockroach at bathroom, lot of mosquito. There is no simple facilities. Water bottle they provided was local and not good. Nothing much. Hotel was old building and that's ok. It was as per budget. They will need to improve the cleanliness.
