Denial for hotel stay for couple

Hotel authorities denied for checkin as couple without local ids are not allowed according to their policy. They have not mentioned anything about the refund process through mmt also.

Pathetic rooms

Rooms are v shabby & pathetic, mud water is available for bath, breakfast is only bread & omellete, what will vegetarians eat. Not worth the money i have paid, mm t to scan before rating the hotels

It was not a pleasant experience due to many reasons. No complimentary water bottle availability in the room. No tea coffee making kettle & tea bags. No shower curtain bathroom. On the checkout day muddy water from the washroom taps and shower

Neat and comfortable hotel in center of city food was excellent except they do not provide breakfast only continental type breakfast but the kababs and briyani and other items for lunch and dinner were good hotel in center of city
